NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above trademark (COLOMBINA TIGER POPS Logo) is the property of COLOMBINA S.A. a Colombian Company of La Paila Zarzal Valle Colombia and that the same trademark is used for the following products:
Class 30:Confectionery products.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN thatCOLOMBINA S.A. claims all rights in respect of the aforesaid trademark in Somalia and will initiate appropriate legal action against any person or persons found to be using the aforesaid trade mark or any other trade mark deceptively or confusingly similar, or otherwise infringes on its rights.
