Which is used in connection with the following goods:
Curling tongs; hair clippers for personal use, electric and non-electric; beard clippers; manicure sets; crimping irons; depilation appliances, electric and non-electric; hand implements for hair curling; eyelash curlers; razors, electric or non-electric; nail files; scissors; manicure sets, electric; fingernail polishers, electric or non-electric.
Evaporators; water purification installations; hair dryers; electric fans for personal use; radiators, electric; refrigerators; bread toasters; kettles, electric; bread baking machines; air purifying apparatus and machines.
Any person who copies, imitates, or in any other way whatsoever infringes the rights of the said in the Trade Mark will be proceeded against in accordance with the Laws in force in Somalia to prevent the imposition of fraudulent Marks on merchandise.
