The former Deputy Chairman of Administration and Finance of Banadir Region, Abduqadir Mahmoud Mohamud Boalbie Aana Boorre, gave a speech that touched many aspects on the occasion of the handover of Isse Mohamud Gure, who was recently appointed to the post by President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
The event which took place at the local government center in Mogadishu was attended by members of parliament at the national and federal levels of the former administration of Banadir region and the new ones who took over the position.
Aana Boore thanked the team they worked with and asked them to work well with Ise Mohamud Gure and praised him for being a mature citizen with integrity and hard work.
Aana Boorre also thanked President Farmajo and MD Hassan Sheikh and noted that the government has done hard work for the 25 months he was in office and he did not expect it. The central government, which previously had no water or electricity, said that it now has a well that supplies electricity.
He took over the government treasury when it was empty and now he left more than 50 million dollars.
