NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above trade mark (PRINGLES & Head device (PRINGLES) (2018)) is the property of KELLOGG EUROPE TRADING LIMITED, a company organized under the laws of Ireland of Suite 3, One Earlsfort Centre, Lower Hatch Street, Dublin 2, IRELAND and that the same trade mark is used for the following products:
Meat, fish, poultry and game; meat extracts; preserved, frozen, dried and cooked fruits and vegetables; jellies, jams, compotes; eggs; milk and milk products; oils and fats for food. – Class 29

NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that KELLOGG EUROPE TRADING LIMITED claims all rights in respect of the aforesaid trade mark in Somalia and will initiate appropriate legal action against any person or persons found to be using the aforesaid trade mark or any other trade mark deceptively or confusingly similar, or otherwise infringes on its rights.
