Somalia federal government President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo signed the national journalism act which seems not inclusive for all in the draft act and the national journalist council leadership the committee who are based exclusive for the non-disabled people three from the government, three from the journalist and three from the civil society
There were well know professional journalists with disabilities who argued the article 14 of national journalism act and the overall act articles which has no single article serving the rights and the role of the disabled journalist in the country

after we have seen the act which needs amendment and inclusively for the disability and other groups of the journalism professionals. and inappropriate artciles in the act, vialtion of the federal government of Somalia constitution and journalism ethics in the world and in Somalia we demand
1. Make national journalist act inclusive for all with articles serving the disability professionals
2. Insure the quota of the disabled journalist in the national journalist council who are 9 persons.

This is not the first time Somalia journalist make their complain about the national journalism act signed the government early this month September 2020 of this year. Most articles in the act are against the federal government of Somalia constitution as they said in their speech
