(SAY) Rome, Dec. 18 – The bilateral agreement can relaunch a Italy’s political role in Somalia, giving it back its influence which in recent years had been reduced in parallel with the emergence of other actors, from Turkey to Qatar: like this to the Dire agency blogger Shukri Said on a cooperation agreement at development signed this month in Mogadishu.
