NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above trade mark (THE KING) is the property of FINANSCONSULT  EOOD of 16 Altzeco Street, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria and that the same trade mark is used for the following products:

Tobacco products.– class 34;

NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that FINANSCONSULT EOOD claims all rights in respect of the aforesaid trade mark in Somalia and will initiate appropriate legal action against any person or persons found to be using the aforesaid trade mark or any other trade mark deceptively or confusingly similar, or otherwise infringes on its rights.
