NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above trade mark (LE SPECS) is the property of RAWLO INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD, an Australian company of 24 Eastcote Road, Epping, New South Wales, 2121, Australia and that the same trade mark is used for the following products:
Class 09:Sunglasses and other optical products, including optical frames, in this class.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that RAWLO INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD claims all rights in respect of the aforesaid trade mark in Somalia and will initiate appropriate legal action against any person or persons found to be using the aforesaid trade mark or any other trade mark deceptively or confusingly similar, or otherwise infringes on its rights.
