NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above trade mark (JUKI logo (2018)) is the property of JUKI KABUSHIKI KAISHA (JUKI CORPORATION), a Japanese corporation of 2-11-1, Tsurumaki, Tama-shi, Tokyo 206-8551, Japan and that the same trade mark is used for the following products:
Class 07: Machines for the textile industry; leather-working machines; sewing machines; pedal drives for sewing machines; platens for industrial sewing machine; blades [parts of machines]; machines for the electronic industry; motors, electric, for sewing machines; compressed air machines; grease boxes [parts of machines]; knitting machines; textile machines and apparatus; chemical fiber processing machines and apparatus.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that JUKI KABUSHIKI KAISHA (JUKI CORPORATION) claims all rights in respect of the aforesaid trade mark in Somalia and will initiate appropriate legal action against any person or persons found to be using the aforesaid trade mark or any other trade mark deceptively or confusingly similar, or otherwise infringes on its rights.
